What is Mind Balance Center?

Mind Balance Center is a private therapy and wellbeing practice offering counselling, psychotherapy, and evidence-based emotional support. We work with individuals, couples, and families seeking support for a range of concerns, including bipolar, OCD, low self-esteem therapy, trauma recovery, and therapy after domestic abuse. Our aim is to help you build resilience, emotional clarity, and authentic balance in everyday life.

What kind of therapy or support do you offer?

We provide a comprehensive range of services including grief and loss counselling, relationship counselling, marriage counselling, family therapy, and child and adolescent therapy. We also offer focused support for emotional burnout, work stress counselling, and PTSD treatment UK. In addition, our practice includes Counselling & Emotional Wellbeing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Youth Mentoring, and specialised sessions such as the Psychometric Competence Test and Emotional Reboot for Youth.
