Known for her compassionate yet strategic approach, she blends psychology, hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT, and neuroplasticity with a deep understanding of human emotions and internal processes. Katie Gajowy is a registered BACP counsellor and psychotherapist specialising in emotional resilience, leadership wellbeing, and deep personal growth. She works with high-achieving men, leaders, families, couples, and individuals to transform pressure, stress, and self-doubt into strength, clarity, and purpose. Known for her direct, human approach, she combines Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, and holistic tools with emotional intelligence, mental resilience, and conscious leadership. With over 3,000 clients supported, Katie creates a safe and confidential space where nothing needs to be hidden, helping clients reconnect with themselves and lead with presence in business, at home, and within their own lives.
